MySupport
MySupport gives you the ability to personalize the Rockwell Automation Support Services Web Site for your product interest. Once you complete a brief profile, MySupport can send you regular e-mail messages with links to the latest technotes, software updates, and firmware updates for the products that are of interest to you, as well as highlight this information on the Support Services web page.
With MySupport, the information that you want is delivered to you directly so that you can stay on top of the latest releases without stopping your regular workflow. When you visit the Support Services web site, you will see a small indicator in the upper left corner showing how much new information is available based on your preferences. If you opted to have this information sent to you via e-mail, you will also receive a list of links pointing to the new information.
The ability to adjust your profile is always one click away. The My Preferences link appears on the main web page as well as on the bottom of each e-mail message we send you.
