Product Activation Reset Codes

This page is designed to aid our customers who find that they have lost a Rockwell Software product's activation due to some type of hard drive damage or corruption.
In order to reset your product activation, you will need to locate your software MASTER disk. If you cannot locate that disk, you will need to contact Rockwell Software Technical Support at (1) 440-646-5800.
If you have any problems using this tool, please contact Technical Support.
Note:
This process is intended for use once per year per serial number. If
you have already reset your master disk via the web within the last year, you
will need to contact Rockwell Software Technical Support at (1) 440-646-5800 for a
reset. If it is after hours and you have already reset your master disk,
you can use a KeyDisk until you
are able to contact Technical
Support.
It is unlawful, and in violation of your Rockwell Software license, to use this page to circumvent the normal copy protection safeguards.
